Our Story

You may be wondering who is behind Two Sister Foods? Our roots started in the heart of Wisconsin-Wausau, where we produce and manufacture our products.  Two Sister Foods came about when, in this case, two sisters whose love and passion for cooking and love for papaya salad wanted something more unique and different from what was available today. We wanted to create an authentic papaya sauce that was bold, flavorful, and infused all the major sensory components.  A sauce that didn’t include MSG, yet not sacrificing taste, as we are just as health conscious as our consumers.  

Equally as important, we not only wanted to deliver the best papaya sauce but also wanted to deliver this product with the highest quality and safety in mind.  Therefore, we’ve collaborated with some of the best professionals in the industry, ensuring that we meet the strictest requirements.  We are proud to state that we are FDA approved and operate under a HACCP plan.  The madness behind our process is backed up by Processing Authority and scientific support.  Our strict quality standard ensures that our customers can always expect the best papaya salad with each use!  Hence, we will always stand behind our products with respect to quality and food safety! 

Through many R&D trials, commissioning, and qualification of trying to perfect our papaya sauce, we have finally commercialized our product.  Our simple philosophy we stand by, “Authentic ingredients, authentic sauce,” will wow your senses with each bite!  We always keep our batches small so that you can enjoy the same great and consistent taste you would at home without the hassle and mess.  We are confident that everyone will enjoy this sauce just as much as we did producing it for you!
