Growing up, papaya salad was always a comfort food for us, whether eating at home with the family or in large group settings at festive events.  There’s so many different styles of this salad originating from various regions of Thailand and Laos and the possibilities are endless.  One common aspect that they all share is the various ingredients that are involved in crafting the dish.  The complexities of the different spices and added condiments can be challenging and consistency can vary.   We take the guess work and complexities out by creating our very own specialty Som Tum Papaya Sauce that will enlightened your taste buds with every bite.  Having an all-in-one dressing will not only allow for better portion control but, ultimately, save on time and money.
